Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for external clients resolving complex day-to-day operational issues related to structured debt and CLO transactions.
Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational reporting and technical issues ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests.
Coordinate across internal teams to route inquiries manage escalations and deliver effective solutions.
Provide assigned clients with information related to products and services across multiple lines of business and geographies leveraging a strong understanding of the broader platform.
To be successful in this role were seeking the following:
A bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
57 years of total work experience preferred with experience in structured debt CLOs or related credit products.
Advanced problem-solving skills and judgment with the ability to analyze complex information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
Strong client service and communication skills including experience interacting directly with external clients.
Client Operations and/or Client Reporting experience within financial services strongly preferred.
Corporate Trust experience strongly preferred.
CLO/CDO experience strongly preferred.
Experience with SOLVAS strongly preferred.
Finance accounting compliance reporting and/or reconciliation background strongly preferred.
No direct reports; provides guidance and support to less experienced team members.
