Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant youll be the heart and engine room behind your executive leaders ensuring seamless operations clear communication and exceptional organisation.

Success in this role comes from your ability to anticipate whats ahead stay several steps in front and confidently manage competing demands. Youre comfortable managing upwards - bringing focus constructively pushing back when needed and helping prioritise what truly matters. This role goes well beyond diary and inbox management; its about sound judgement influence and acting as a trusted gatekeeper of time so leaders can operate at their best.

Youll:

  • Own complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinate meetings travel and logistics with precision
  • Prepare executive level agendas presentations and documents
  • Handle correspondence capture actions and ensure timely follow-through and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to the wider Support Office
  • Embrace new technology and smarter ways of working
  • Assist with wider Support Office events conferences and team activities
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality professionalism and discretion always

Qualifications :

Youre experienced polished and unflappable.  Your niche is organisation and you love bringing structure to complexity and being the calm in the chaos.

We envisage you bring the following:

  • Proven EA experience ideally supporting multiple executive leaders or a CEO
  • Advanced MS Office capability (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Savvy and up to date with the latest technology to ensure seamless organisation
  • Highly organised resilient and calm under pressure
  • Clear confident written and verbal communication
  • Collaborative and a real team player
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Professional discreet and diplomatic manner
