We are a leading consultancy supporting assetintensive organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Our teams partner with clients to strengthen their asset management capabilities improve investment decisions and deliver better longterm outcomes. With a growing pipeline of work across the power and water sectors we are looking for talented consultants to join our team in Sydney or Brisbane.
In this role you will support clients in enhancing their asset management performance with opportunities to work across the power water and wider utilities sectors. Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting with clients to develop asset management capabilities in areas such as asset investment planning asset management maturity and asset data and information.
- Contributing to project delivery including facilitating internal and external workshops drafting reports and insights and preparing presentations with support from senior team members.
- Supporting business development activities by building relationships contributing to key pursuits and identifying growth opportunities.
- Applying strong project management practices to support the successful delivery of multidisciplinary programs.
- Developing and executing effective communication strategies tailored to client needs.
- Participating in short-term travel across Australia and New Zealand as required.
Qualifications :
Required
- Understanding of project management principles with experience delivering work to agreed time cost and quality expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to provide highquality service to internal or external stakeholders with strong communication and rapportbuilding skills.
- Degreelevel qualification preferred (engineering business economics or a related field).
- Experience in asset management (industry or consulting) with relevant exposure to water/utilities power or asset data and information.
- Knowledge of assetintensive sectors such as power water rail government or facilities.
- Motivation to build an industry network and actively participate in professional communities.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience in asset management capability assessments and development of improvement roadmaps.
- Exposure to delivering multiyear transformational programs.
- Background in power sector safety or technical planning particularly within NSW or VIC.
- Familiarity with asset management software systemsmanagement integration or implementation.
- Experience with investment planning business case development or portfolio prioritisation.
