The Project Controls Manager role will be working closely with the client and stakeholders to provide quality accurate and timely deliverables.
- Responsible for developing processes tools and reports that support the clients needs across project controls disciplines including change risk cost & time.
- Coordinate with client internal stakeholders to develop effective reports that meet the necessary requirements.
- Contribute to wider portfolio and executive reports if required.
- Implement ways of working that support efficient accurate and timely reporting from the projects that respect ultimate ownership of the data.
- Support the identification and management of risk including quantification where appropriate.
- Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coaching and mentoring of staff to upskill and develop project controls capability across teams.
Qualifications :
- Full working rights and be currently in Australia.
- 8 years experience working across major Infrastructure projects / programs.
- Ability to work across project controls disciplines including Reporting Change Management and Risk Management.
- Experienced PowerBI would be essential demonstrated experience with other project controls software desirable.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report writing skills.
