As a Documentation and Training Professional you will:

• Act as the vital link between technical Business Analysts and end-users ensuring complex systems are accessible and intuitive.
• Create and maintain a robust library of manuals help guides and web documentation that directly enhances the user experience.
• Facilitate the smooth rollout of new information systems by designing and delivering high-impact training sessions.
• Work within a diverse international environment contributing to multi-lingual projects and team-driven goals.
• Leverage modern collaborative tools wikis and web technologies to keep documentation dynamic searchable and relevant.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelors/Masters degree (minimum EQF Level 6) and minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to provide high-level support and guidance for complex information systems.
• Proficiency in managing content via wikis social networks and collaborative digital spaces.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and similar tools to create professional engaging visual materials.
• Comprehensive expert-level command of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with web languages (e.g. HTML) and digital tools; experience with legacy web assets is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to contribute effectively to multi-lingual meetings.
• A strong versatile foundation in IT principles and technical system navigation.
