MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES
Prepare RBDC Shared Services bank reconciliations using multiple ERP systems
Research and process customer corrections as needed based on bank reconciliations
Work with field personnel to resolve discrepancies between bank records and deposits
Create journal entries for customer deductions
Complete miscellaneous projects journal entries and reporting as requested by management
Provide PBC audit support documentation for interim and year-end external audits
Qualifications :
A bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
A minimum of two years of accounting or finance work experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of integrated accounting systems (such as SAP or S/4HANA).
Experience with SAP FI/CO is preferred.
Ability to work independently and to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP and IFRS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain complex financial matters to non-financial stakeholders and to interact effectively with management.
Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP.
Experience with SAP Business Intelligence (BI).
Experience in beverage distribution.
Experience with bank reconciliations is a plus.
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $52000 - 78000 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
