Job Summary
- The Supervisor Pre-Bill should have strong knowledge of US Healthcare insurance and have expertise in correcting eligibility denials using different insurance portals. This role includes guiding the team on their daily work and monitoring employee performance to ensure maximum productivity and accuracy.
Essential Functions and Tasks
- Managing the workflow and delegating tasks
- Assessing team performance and identifying areas that need improvements.
- Training new hires to make sure they understand their daily task.
- Setting goals for their team members and making sure they comply with the companys plan and vision.
- Reporting performance records and evaluations to HR and upper management.
- Need to attend meetings if needed with our US colleagues.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent.
- One year of experience in handling patient health information especially demographic entry.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read understand and apply state/federal laws regulations and policies.
- Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful mature and professional manner.
- Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
- Basic use of computer telephone internet copier fax and scanner.
- Basic touch 10 key skills.
- Basic Math skills.
- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Outlook Word Excel (pivot tables) and database software skills.
Compensation
- Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location skill set experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
- This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
