As a Director of Communications We rely on you to:

作为市场传媒总监我们希望您承担以下职责

Develop the annual communication plan based on the hotels marketing plan/communication manual define specific objectives and budgets formulate implementation strategies to achieve the goals and ensure the communication team fully understands the objectives and progress.
Monitor hotel website traffic analysis to develop online business and seek commercial opportunities.
Ensure that the hotels information on all approved online distribution platforms complies with the brand requirements.
Manage the hotels social media in alignment with the approved social media platforms of the headquarters and fully comply with the policies and guidelines of the Shangri-La Group.
Actively participate in regular income strategy meetings catering marketing meetings and spa marketing meetings and implement actions related to strategy formulation.
Maintain positive communication and establish teamwork with the relevant department heads of the hotel to help achieve the overall online goals of the hotel.
根据酒店营销计划/传播手册制定年度传播计划明确具体目标与预算制定实现目标的执行方案并确保传播团队充分了解目标及进展
监控酒店网站流量分析以发展在线业务和寻求商业机会
确保酒店在所有批准的在线分销网站上的资讯是最新的符合酒店品牌的要求
管理酒店的社交媒体与总部已批准的社交媒体平台保持一致并且完全遵从香格里拉集团的政策和指导方针
积极参与定期的收入战略会议餐饮营销会议和spa营销会议并实施与战略制定相关的行动
保持积极的沟通并与酒店相关部门负责人建立团队合作帮助实现酒店的整体在线目标

We are looking for someone who has:

候选人应具备以下能力

Has good organizational skills
Has experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
Enjoys interacting with people
Mature and has good logic.
Have Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications experience
Good English Communication Skill
