Job Description

We are looking for a Sr Business Analyst to work on various projects for different clients across diverse industries. You will collect business needs and achieve the necessary specifications for software developers (writing/validating User stories sorting and prioritizing the backlog testing etc

This role requires expertise in application modernization and legacy system migration projects where youll work closely with development teams to ensure accurate system transitions while utilizing AI tools to streamline business analysis activities and improve project delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Listen to client needs and create a requirements matrix manage it until they are detailed enough with clear acceptance criteria.
Read RFP and/or proposal documents and create a requirements matrix; manage it until they are detailed enough with clear acceptance criteria.
Hold meetings and workshops with the client to facilitate requirements understanding.
Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.
Collaborate with development teams during migration projects to verify that business logic and processes are correctly translated from legacy systems to modern platforms.
Leverage AI tools in daily business analysis activities to enhance requirement gathering documentation validation processes and accelerate project delivery.
Contributes with digital experience to the creation of the solution imagined by Product Owner;
Details every functionality in the project delivery tool (like Jira or Azure DevOps) in a format synthetic enough to fit in a single sprint;
Manage properly functional requirements and non-functional requirements and explain to all the stakeholders the difference and how to define feasible acceptance criteria.
Details the acceptance criteria so that they are understood by the team and can be developed;
Liaising between the IT department and the executive branch.
Ensures high-level functional testing of the Stories developed by the agile team.
During the presales process challenge the estimates based on the complexity defined when the requirements were fully defined.

* Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis

* Minimum 2 years of experience participating in RFP processes managing requirements

* Previous experience participating in Software development projects

* Experience in application modernization and legacy system migration projects (COBOL mainframe or similar legacy technologies)

* Experience using AI tools for business analysis documentation and process optimization.

* Competences and experience in Agile work model

* Team player attitude with a sense of diplomacy

* Strong communication skills

* Product Owner experience would be a plus

* Advanced English level

* Nice to have: Knowledge or experience in banking fraud detection manufacturing and industrial processes
