If you are graduate currently undertaking or near completion of your studies towards:

• Bachelors Degree in Project Management or

• Bachelors Degree in Business Majoring in Project Management
• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Business or Commerce with Post Graduate Diploma or Masters in Project Management.
• Bachelors Degree in Business or Commerce with a Project Management

Our structured Graduate Program offers more than just technical experience. Its a space where youll be encouraged to grow personally and professionally supported by mentors who genuinely care about your development. Starting in February 2027 youll be located from our Henderson Base. Over 24 months youll take part in hands-on projects development workshops and cross-functional rotations that build your confidence broaden your skills and help you discover where your strengths shine.

As a Graduate you will need to:

• Be in your final year of study of a University Degree; or
• Have completed your Degree or Masters within last 2 years;
• Be an Australian Citizen in order to be eligible for Defence Security Clearance;
• Possess exceptional communication skills;
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to prioritise workload;
• Be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite;

• Be able to commence our program on 1st February 2027.

• Designing and supporting key systems for submarines and surface ships through our Marine business;
