Job Summary
Engineering Intern
in Rocky Hill CT
Code -Intern
The Engineering intern will work with the MTU AENA CIPT department supporting CIPT Group Leaders to execute engineering tasks and special projects supporting the development of MTU components on commercial engines. The candidate will assist in design integration and project engineering tasks. For example concessions reporting component interface alignment hardware and drawing evaluations engine test support.
YOUR TASKS
- Junior or Senior academic standing in pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
- Able to work 5 days per week in-office
YOUR PROFILE
- Demonstrated understanding of engineering principles: design thermodynamics propulsion experimental testing.
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook etc.) Teamcenter a plus
- Self-starter organized and detail-oriented
