Job Title

About your role:
As a Material Handler you will support print production operations by staging moving and verifying materials to keep equipment running efficiently. You will work closely with Print Production Supervisors and warehouse associates to maintain accurate inventory and ensure the correct components reach each job on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety help us deliver high-quality outputs to our clients.

What youll do:

• Operate a pallet jack and manage inventory to ensure accurate material movement and storage.
• Keep all print production equipment stocked with required postal and production supplies.
• Stage materials for production in alignment with job tickets and production schedules.
• Communicate effectively with the Print Production Supervisor and warehouse staff to coordinate priorities and resolve issues.
• Check and verify job components against the sample board and documentation before releasing to production.
• Prioritize work assignments based on deadlines and production commitments.
• Work with associates in a team effort to support efficiency safety quality and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Experience youll need to have:

• Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or similar tools in a production setting.
• Experience reading and following written instructions such as job tickets manifests or sample boards with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to coordinate work and escalate risks to deadlines.
• Ability to safely lift carry push and pull materials and stand for extended periods in a production or warehouse environment.

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience working in a print production mail or postal-processing environment.
• Experience with basic inventory systems or warehouse management tools.
• Experience participating in or supporting Continuous Improvement or process-improvement initiatives.
• High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent combination of education related experience and/or military experience.

How youll work:

• You will work an assigned schedule of 3rd shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM Monday night Friday night.
• Compensation is $16 / Hour.

• You are eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts.

• This role requires flexibility to work overtime including weekends and holidays.
• This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb squat kneel twist push and bend frequently during each shift.
