Job Summary
Koniag Government Services is looking for a Capture Support Analyst (Entry-Level). The role supports opportunity identification pipeline tracking capture planning market research and coordination of internal teams to help the company win new federal ResponsibilitiesSupport Maintenance of Capability Brief Repository. Support Capture Managers with day-to-day capture activities across the opportunity lifecycle (pre-RFP through award).Support administrative process requirements. Assist in researching federal agencies missions customers competitors and incumbent and track opportunities in CRM and government procurement systems (e.g. GovWin FPDS agency forecast tools).Help prepare capture artifacts including:Capture plansWin themesCompetitive analysisStakeholder mapsPrice-to-win inputsAssist with opportunity qualification and gate meetings maintain action item logs and follow up on tasks with internal accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce GovWin Deltek).Support transition from capture to proposal ensuring capture intelligence is handed off to proposal with maintaining customer and partner contact teaming and partner outreach efforts. Help maintain process documentation and templatesRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Communications Political Science Economics Public Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong organizational skills and attention to written and verbal communication to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).Interest in federal government contracting business development or consulting. Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if QualificationsInternship or experience in federal contracting consulting or proposal with the federal acquisition process and with CRM or pipeline tools (Salesforce GovWin Deltek etc.).Experience researching and synthesizing analytical and problem-solving Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
