Key Responsibilities
As a Content Moderator you will be the digital guardian of the Czech-speaking community. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity and safety of the platform.
- Content Review: Monitor and review user-generated content (videos text and images) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and local policies.
- Policy Application: Make objective high-quality decisions on whether content should remain on the platform or be removed based on complex global standards.
- Trend Analysis: Identify and report emerging trends patterns or sensitive topics within the Czech digital landscape.
- Security & Safety: Proactively identify potential risks including misinformation harmful behavior or copyright violations to protect the user base.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Policy teams to refine moderation strategies and improve platform health.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are culturally aware resilient and ready to take on a meaningful challenge.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Czech (excellent reading and comprehension skills).
- English Skills: A minimum of B2 level English is required for training materials internal software and communicating with an international team.
- Digital Literacy: A strong interest in social media popular culture and current events in the Czech Republic.
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to remain objective and follow strict guidelines even when dealing with sensitive or complex content.
