Role Overview
As a Customer Advisor for our Directory Platforms you will be the guardian of data accuracy and user experience. You will support German-speaking users and businesses in managing their digital presence ensuring that the information on our global directory platforms is precise helpful and up-to-date.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- User Support: Assist German-speaking clients via phone and email regarding their business listings account setups and platform navigation.
- Data Verification: Review and validate business information to maintain the integrity of our directory database.
- Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues related to platform access or listing visibility with efficiency and poise.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all interactions meet our high standards for professional communication and accuracy.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with your team to identify trends in user issues and suggest improvements for the platform interface.
Candidate Profile
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (written and verbal) with a strong command of grammar and professional etiquette.
- English Skills: A minimum of B2 level English is required for training materials and internal communication.
- Location: You must be currently based in Braga (or within a daily commuting distance). Please note that no relocation assistance is provided for this role.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using web-based tools CRM systems and standard office software.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or data management is a plus but we welcome entry-level candidates with the right attitude.
- Soft Skills: A patient detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-based office environment.
