We are growing and looking for a junior profile to join our team.
The Role
You will support our consultants by focusing on candidate sourcing screening and recruitment coordination.
Your mission is to identify strong candidates speak with them understand their background and manage them throughout the recruitment process.
This is a non-sales role focused on research communication and process execution.
You will:
Source candidates via LinkedIn and our database
Conduct screening calls
Prepare candidate summaries
Coordinate interviews
Maintain accurate CRM records
Build talent pipelines in Financial Services
You will learn how recruitment works end-to-end in a structured and performance-driven environment.
Profile
Fresh graduate or 02 years experience
Bachelors degree
Strong communication skills
Curious proactive and disciplined
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking with professionals daily
Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
Interest in Financial Services is an advantage
Compensation
Monthly salary: HKD(depending on profile)
Performance bonus: up to HKD 8000 per month
Discretionary yearly bonus
