Associate, Capital Markets (DCMECM), Hong Kong

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Capital Markets Associate to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of DCM transactions and ECM transactions . This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets as well as the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft review and negotiate documentation for international bond offerings mediumterm note programmes regulatory capital instruments hybrid securities and equitylinked products such as convertible and exchangeable bonds

• Liaise with regulatory authorities stock exchanges and other stakeholders to facilitate the issuance of debt and equity securities

• Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory compliance corporate governance and market practices in capital markets

• Collaborate with crossborder teams to ensure seamless transaction execution

• Participate in client meetings and calls to discuss transaction structures and legal issues

Qualifications :

• Strong academic background in law finance or related disciplines

• 24 years of relevant experience in capital markets at a leading law firm or financial institution

• Solid understanding of international capital markets securities laws and regulatory frameworks

• Excellent drafting negotiation and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a clientfocused mindset

• Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin in required
