Job Summary

Business Development Representative (German English) Hybrid Krakow Poland

Looking to grow your international sales career in the technology industry We are hiring a Business Development Representative to join a dynamic team in Krakow Poland supporting cloud-based technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Location: Krakow Poland
Work Model: Hybrid
Languages: German (B2/C1) and English (B2)
Compensation: Base salary min 2500 x 12 plus performance-related bonuses

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Recommend quote and negotiate technology solutions with customers
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
  • Support SMBs advertising agencies and C-level decision makers
  • Stay up to date with trends in cloud-based technology

What Were Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in prospecting developing accounts negotiating and closing deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding or interest in cloud-based software solutions
  • German (B2/C1) and English (B2) proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Currently living in or willing to relocate to Krakow
