What This Role Really Is
As a Customer Success Associate you will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams once a sales opportunity is in progress. You will focus on managing client relationships coordinating demos handling documentation and ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing active opportunities and client accounts.
- Coordinate and schedule product demos ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Gather and document client requirements particularly for AML/KYC and compliance needs.
- Prepare client questionnaires due diligence documentation and onboarding materials.
- Assist in drafting reviewing and managing client contracts in coordination with leadership.
- Act as a point of contact for clients during pre- and post-sales stages.
- Work closely with product compliance and tech teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions requirements and project updates.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery supporting long-term client success.
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree (Business Law Finance or related fields preferred).
- 02 years of experience in customer success project coordination sales support or operations (fresh candidates with strong organisational skills can be considered).
- Strong documentation and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding or willingness to learn AML/KYC processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.
- Structured thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing cross-functional role.
