Key Responsibilities:

Handle both inbound and outbound calls

Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers sellers customers and creators

Review cases within agreed turnaround times and quality standards

Escalate complex issues following company procedures
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong moderation skills verbal and written communication and rational decision-making
-
Deep understanding of e-commerce
-
Ability to manage high call volumes during peak seasons
-
Empathy and excellent customer service skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: 920 (14 months) 45/month complexity bonus for 11 months
