Be a key part of a high-impact e-commerce project as a Greek Customer Support Representative in Lisbon! Youll assist users through inbound and outbound calls resolving issues for buyers sellers customers and content creators while making a real difference in their online experience. Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and empathetic support through inbound and outbound calls

Investigate and resolve reported issues efficiently and accurately

Review cases within agreed turnaround times and maintain quality standards

Escalate complex or urgent issues following company procedures
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong moderation and verbal/written communication skills

Empathetic rational decision-making under pressure

Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms

Ability to handle high call volumes during peak seasons
Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: 920 (14 months)
Complexity bonus: 45 (11 months)
