Job Summary

Junior O2C Specialist (Dutch/Flemish English) On-Site Porto Portugal

We are currently looking for a Junior O2C Specialist to join an international finance operations team in Porto Portugal. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable within a global business environment.

Location: Porto Portugal

Work Model: On-Site

Start Date: As soon as possible

Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00

Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Salary: 1557.10 x 14 months benefits bonus

What Youll Do

Support Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes
Monitor and follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances
Ensure accurate financial records and documentation
Work with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues
Assist with reporting and financial analysis
Maintain strong customer service and communication standards

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance
At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable O2C or Finance Operations (25 years is a plus)
Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
Good analytical skills with MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables preferred)
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or NetSuite is a plus
Dutch/Flemish (C1) and English (C1) proficiency
Strong attention to detail multitasking ability and customer service orientation
