Job Description:
Summary / purpose of the position
Ensure Execution Excellence of the Brand Plan for the country. Drive and optimize omnichannel customer engagement. Develop and drive Brand Strategy together with BU Head and the cross-functional team. Drive cross functional Brand Team and translate key customer insights into effective promotional campaigns that drive short and long-term product growth and meet/exceed the brands annual forecast projections.
Main responsibilities / job expectations
Execute aligned tactical initiatives across the medico-marketing mix
- Drive cross functional Brand Team to monitor execution excellence and maintain effective level of collaboration
- Deliver on an optimal customer experience by executing communication campaigns and programs that match the designed customer macro journeys.
- Maximize the impact of our key events by designing and executing customer micro journeys thus engaging customers in a valuable and omnichannel fashion
- Monitor competitive landscape and develop communications and action plans as needed
- Apply creativity innovation & out-of-box thinking to solve complexbusiness / marketplace issues
- Work closely with vendors to conceptualize develop and execute all patient and injector education/training programs as well as promotional materials and programs
- Implement an ROI measurement plan to assess impact of key tactics on marketing and sales growth; make adjustments with a sense of urgency
- Support the development and execution of highly effective sales training meetings
- Support effective engagement and communication with the Field Sales Force
- Be a role-model in understand the power and potential of digital technologies to drive innovation efficiency and growth
- As part of our team youll be encouraged to think digitally leveraging emerging tools platforms & ecosystems to execute & solve complex problems streamline processes and enhance the customer experience
Stakeholder Engagement and Influence
- Serve as champion for Opinion Leaders including identifying and applying customer insights through market research and KOL engagement as well as leading strategic and tactical development of targeted initiatives and materials.
- Build and leverage effective relationships with key customers across business segments including : HCPs Patients advocacy group nurses
- Create and implement sales collateral and patient education materials
Drive local Brand Strategy
- Develop superior omnichannel Brand Plan strategy and action plans through strong alignment with local Medical Sales Access and with Global marketing counterparts
- Develop mitigation plans for key market challenges (e.g. competitive launches or significant competitive change)
- Partner with other Brand Managers to identify synergies and avoid duplications
- When neededContribute to Market Access Pricing and Commercial policy activities
- Evaluate marketing research plans continuously to ensure they are informing strategy and monitoring performance
Ethics & Compliance
- Ensure that the marketing processes programs and internal reports are developed implemented and effectively administered to be consistent with Ipsens corporate guidance and all regulatory legal ethical SOPs
Education / Certifications:
- Science/Medical related and Business/Marketing related qualifications at a Post Graduate level.
- High Level verbal and written English.
- Specialist and/or hospital product experience
- Proven track record of working with Pharmaceutical Specialised products preferably within the Cluster/Country Market
- Significant experience in and knowledge of specialty markets with complex science and reimbursement
- Experience working within an environment of strict compliance to all appropriate regulatory guidelines to successfully design and execute tactics programs and tools that achieve business objectives.
Experience:
- Knowledge and experience in a Pharmaceutical industry environment and the indication field
- Successful experience in the launch of new products is a plus

- Fluent in Dutch or French
- Fluent in English
