Pay & Earnings
- $0.56$0.64 CPM depending on experience
- Average weekly earnings $1500$1600
- Driver performance bonus available
- $15 stop pay
Regional Freight Network
- Dry van freight operating across Illinois Indiana and Wisconsin
- 100% no-touch freight
- Combination of drop and hook live load and live unload freight
- Freight network operates within a 500 mile radius of Chicago
- Established delivery lanes with consistent freight demand
Home Time
- Home every two weeks
- Consistent regional scheduling
Equipment
- Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
- Automatic and 10-speed transmissions
- Average tractor age approximately 1.5 years
- Trucks permanently assigned to drivers
- Many trucks equipped with inverter or APU
Entry-Level Driver Training
- Drivers with little or no over-the-road experience may qualify for the entry-level training program.
- Must hold a valid Class A CDL
- Must have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school training
- 35 week paid training program with a company mentor
- Training includes safety procedures ELD compliance trip planning and company policies
- Advancement to solo driving is performance-based

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Must have held a valid U.S. drivers license for at least 12 consecutive months
- Stable work history with no major employment gaps
- Acceptable driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening hair and urine
- Drivers located within 500 miles of Manteno Illinois are encouraged to apply.
