Your new role
As aSocial Media Regional Medical Advisor you will play a pivotal role in driving scientific exchange and improving clinical practices through digital channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
Digital Opinion Leader (DOL) Engagement & Strategy:
Identifyand profile high-impact DOL-HCPs based on clinicalexpertise digital reach and alignment with therapeutic needs.
Implement and track omnichannel activities tailored to expert preferences.
Driving Scientific Impact via Digital Channels:
Develop and execute digital medical plans to amplify evidence-based posts and discussions on key clinical topics.
Enhance scientific awareness and understanding of the latest clinical data among HCP audiences.
Leverage DOL-HCP networks todisseminateinsights and materials that support improved clinical practices.
Insight Generation and Internal Collaboration:
Monitor and analyse digital and social media insights translating them into actionable strategies for Medical Affairs leadership.
Provide scientific oversight to ensure high-qualityaccurateinteractions across digital and traditional channels.
Serve as the internal expert on the digital HCP landscape offering training and insights to cross-functional teams.
Provide on-site medical support at key national and international medical congresses.

The role is part of the Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) team with a specialised focus on digital and social media engagement within the Cardiometabolic (CM) therapeutic area. Based inBucureștiyoulljoin a dynamic and forward-thinking team dedicated to driving scientific exchange and improving clinical practices. The departmentleveragesdigital ecosystems to engage influential healthcare professionals ensuring evidence-based medical insights reach a broader audience. With a collaborative and innovative atmosphere this is a place where yourexpertisecan make a tangible impact on healthcare outcomes.
Yourskills &qualifications
Degree completed:Medical doctor or pharmacist orrelevantlife science discipline. Experience in pharmaceutical businessinsimilar positions.
Therapeutic knowledge as applicable demonstrated understanding of diseases and treatments.
Fluent English and Romanian in verbal and writing skills
Proven scientific and clinicalexpertisewithin theCardiometabolictherapeutic area (e.g. cardiovascular disease diabetes obesitydyslipidaemia) is preferred.
ITproficiency: MS Office company systems (e.g. Veeva)and digital landscape
Previousexperience as anRMA/MSLor equivalent field medical role is preferred.
Valid driving license B
