Internal Sales

We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude with experience in the customer service/ sales industry to join our supportive team in Toowoomba.

What your day looks like

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and in person.
• Process customer orders quotes and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Support the external sales team by preparing quotes products and assisting customer accounts.
• Assist with inventory management including stock control and replenishment.

Who are you

• At least 6 month 1 year experience in customer service/ sales industry.
• The ability to multitask and priority your workloads
• Computerliteracy at an intermediate level
• Goodcommunication and written skills
• Team player to support other areas when required
• Experiencein industrial products such industrial hose and fittings is highly desirable but not essential
