Job Summary
THE WORK: Were on the lookout for a Project Manager whos great at leading techfocused projects and keeping clients genuinely happy. Youll guide teams make sure delivery stays on track and build strong relationships with everyone from senior leaders to ontheground teams. Youll help shape business cases roadmaps and change plans and bring solid experience across the full project lifecycle bonus points if youve worked in supplychain or resources/energy environments. If youre someone who can think strategically solve problems on the fly and enjoy working in a consulting setting youll fit right in.
What Youll Do
Leading Engagements
Manage endtoend delivery of consulting and technology projects for toptier resources and energy clients.
Ensure every engagement delivers measurable business outcomes and becomes a reference point for quality and impact.
Provide strong delivery governance risk management and quality assurance across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Mentor and uplift a highperforming team ensuring they are set up for success and aligned to client outcomes.
Thought Leadership
Apply deep experience from supplychaindriven industries to shape operating models business processes and technology solutions.
Bring practical insight into how mining and energy operations workpit to port wellhead to market or plant to customer.
Influence client thinking by translating operational challenges into strategic direction and executable roadmaps.
Build Relationships
Engage confidently with sponsors senior executives and operational leaders to build trust and longterm partnerships.
Support the development of a highperforming consulting team across engagements.
