Job Summary
About the Role
In this role you will lead the financial planning and analysis capability for Flutter APAC delivering forecasting reporting and performance insights that drive strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.
You will be responsible for consolidating APAC financial performance translating complex financial data into clear business insights and supporting leadership teams to understand key performance drivers. Youll also play a pivotal role in FP&A transformation across APAC driving standardisation and leveraging technology automation and AI to improve both the quality and efficiency of financial planning processes.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Sportsbet Flutter International and Group you will influence strategic priorities support major projects and contribute to the continued expansion of Flutter across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end financial forecasting process for APAC brands and consolidate regional forecasts into group systems
Deliver high-quality financial reporting and insights to senior leadership across Flutter APAC International and Group
Build and maintain complex financial models including scenario and ROI analysis to support strategic decision-making
Translate financial results into clear insights on key business drivers and performance trends
Partner with senior stakeholders across Sportsbet Junglee and Flutter to support planning strategy and business performance
Drive improvements and standardisation across APAC FP&A processes including leveraging automation technology and AI
Support major strategic initiatives including investment analysis partnerships and potential M&A activity
Lead and develop the APAC finance team while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across the business
About You
CPA or CA qualified with 8 years experience in high-performing FP&A teams (Big4 consulting ASX Top 100 or wagering industry)
Proven ability to build complex financial models and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and recommendations
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing decisions
A proactive curious and innovative leader who challenges the status quo and drives continuous improvement
