Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented customer-focused Virtual Support Agent to join our team remotely at Au Natural Organics. As a Virtual Support Agent you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries about our organic care products processing orders handling returns and exchanges and providing exceptional service that aligns with our sustainability and wellness salary range for this position is between $24 to $26 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiries:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about our products including ingredients benefits usage instructions and sustainability practices.
- Order Processing:
- Assist customers with placing modifying and tracking their orders.
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies.
- Product Recommendations:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from our organic care line.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product catalog and the benefits of organic ingredients.
- Technical Support:
- Help customers with issues related to online orders payment processing and website navigation.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to the website or online shopping platform.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping:
- Accurately log customer interactions and update CRM systems as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer feedback orders and service issues.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
- Communicate any recurring issues or feedback to relevant departments to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or virtual support role (1 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and various communication platforms (email chat social media CRM software).
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to orders and website navigation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
- Empathy and a passion for sustainability wellness and organic products.
