Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan with guidance from your District Sales Manager
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineers plant managers maintenance teams and purchasing decision-makers
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
  • Provide application expertise and technical guidance for fluid power solutions
  • Partner with inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Manage your pipeline forecast and territory performance using CRM and sales tools

Experience Education and Skills

  • 3 years of B2B industrial or fluid power sales experience (hydraulics pneumatics motion control OEM focus preferred)
  • Hands-on knowledge of fluid power systems components and troubleshooting
  • Strong track record of new business development and account growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated highly organized and able to manage a territory independently
  • Bachelors degree technical diploma in fluid power or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the territory some overnight travel may be required
