Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with the management of the Pro Shop Student and Temp Staff. Performs daily Cash counts performs daily CEVs and confirms credit card and Cash transactions. Performs daily audits of Driving range Cash Deposits manages E-Range Key database and dispenses events. Assists with golf course passholder GHIN/Sun Country AGA/NMSU Golf Club and Aggie Range Club Membership Records/billing. Investigates and resolves cash-handling over- and short-discrepancies. Assists with Golf Operation Policies & Procedures and assists with staff training/onboarding. Opens and closes the Pro Shop and assists with outside services staffing/oversight as needed. Assists with event management leagues and billing. Assists with Golfer Development activities. Assists with Merchandising and Inventory Management. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma 4 years of relevant experience or an Associates Degree 2 years of relevant experience.

Special Certification/Licensure:
PGA Associate.
Environment: Work is normally performed indoors.
Physical Effort: Light physical effort. Effort applies to no more than two (2) hours per day.
Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.
Risk: No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
