Job Summary
Won-Door Corporation is seeking a motivated Service Sales Representative to help expand our preventative maintenance this role youll work directly with new prospects and existing customers to understand their needs present maintenance service solutions and support them through a smooth quoting and onboarding process.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative sales relationship-building and playing a key role in helping customers protect critical building assets. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams manage a dynamic sales pipeline and contribute to long-term service program growth.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new preventative maintenance opportunities using CRM and market research.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow service contracts.
- Prepare quotes and pricing for maintenance programs.
- Manage a sales pipeline with consistent followup to close agreements.
- Collaborate with Service and Management teams to ensure accurate information scheduling and customer onboarding.
- Support revenue growth through upselling and renewals
Qualifications
Skills & Abilities
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and customer service or business development preferred.
- Experience in service maintenance or technical environments preferred.
- Strong communication relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities.
- Organized detailoriented and teamfocused.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite apps such as Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to use Adobe PDF editing tools to fill modify and prepare documents.
Education
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment
- Performs work in an office environment.
