A Glance at What You Will Do
- Plan coordinate and execute a wide range of events from corporate meetings to large social functions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring a seamless event experience from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with Banquet Operations Culinary and other hotel teams to deliver exceptional events.
- Manage event logistics including room setups audiovisual requirements catering and service flow.
- Lead and support the event planning team to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
- Monitor event timelines budgets and operational details to ensure successful delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat business and event revenue.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to continuously improve event experiences.
