The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church and has a minimum of five years of teaching experience preferably within a Catholic school setting. The candidate holds or is willing to pursue a Masters degree in Educational Leadership demonstrates strong missiondriven leadership utilizes datainformed decisionmaking and shows a firm commitment to collaboration professional growth and servant leadership.
