Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Workshop Manager in the Agricultural Industry
Grade 12 is required
Business qualification will be highly advantageous
Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic or equivalent Technical Qualification beneficial
Proficiency in MS Office ERP Software
Experience managing Workshop Operations
Dealing with Warranties and OEM systems and procedures
Strong Communication Leadership and Interpersonal skills
Valid Drivers License and own Transport required

Salary Structure:

The salary package is negotiable based on experience
