As an integral member of the internal front line service point the Help Desk Associatekey responsibilities are as follows:Core CompetenciesCommunicationProblem SolvingInitiativeResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Diagnosing basic IT and computer system and network issues; hardware software networking desktop VPN and operator configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors keyboards printers disk drives network servers routers and remove test and configure PC operating systems software and hardwareAnswer technical support phone calls open support tickets and address those Client requestsResolve escalate and provide status updates to internal team membersProvide user assistance as needed on operating systems software and hardware usage and proceduresProvide technical support both via phone and onsite service during the normal working hoursTroubleshoot & research business application PC server and network hardware Maintain and Troubleshoot office typical hardware such as Desktops Laptops Tablets Setup and Troubleshooting Printers and / or Smart PhonesCreating user and mailbox accounts on Windows Server 2012 R2 or be troubleshooting and configuring Windows 7 / 10 WorkstationSupporting Microsoft Office suite especially OutlookNetwork Printer Mapping & TroubleshootingActive Directory and Azure User ManagementMicrosoft Office 365 AdministrationCisco VPN / AnyConnect Configuration & TroubleshootingExperience using Network Monitoring tools or investigating System AlertsBasic TCP / IP network troubleshootingHours:Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 05:00PMQualifications/Skills:Undergraduate in a technology-related would like to thank all applicants for applying but only those applicants best suited for the position will be is an equal opportunity employer.
