We are looking for a Commercial Graduate to join our Brisbane office starting in August 2026.

Reporting to the Principal Advisor Technical Marketing you will be working in a diverse team within Procurement. This is a great opportunity for a recent Graduate with a Chemical Engineering background who is fluent in Mandarin.

Where you will be working

Rio Tinto Global Procurement ensures resilient supply chains that deliver value to the Rio Tinto Group through the strategic sourcing and buying of goods and services for our operations. Playing a fundamental role value is achieved through effective supplier partnerships innovation easy and standardised processes e-technology corporate social responsibility and increased commercial advantage.

Eligibility

• Graduate Program final year of study/have recently graduated with less than 2 years of relevant work experience

• Have the right to work in Australia or New Zealand (citizens permanent residents student or postgraduate work visa holders)

• Must speak fluent Mandarin

• Proficiency in data tools (e.g. Python SQL Power BI); knowledge of AI or marketing is a plus
