Job Summary

Friendly Chevrolet Dallas Texas for 66 years one of GMs most prominent and awarded Family Owned dealer is looking for the right person to join our team as an Automotive Experienced Office Manager that has a positive attitude strong people skills the ability to put forth a great effort and COMMITMENT!

Requirements include but are not limited to:

3 years of automotive accounting experience is required

5 years of automotive office experience is required

Schedule reconciliation

Understands and follows work rules and procedures

Independent - Self Starter

Organizational and interpersonal skills

Computer proficient in all desks inherent in a large automotive dealership

Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Positive team-building style attitude

Interacts effectively with co-workers

Accepts constructive feedback

Professional Management Skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assures compliance of policies regarding files and office procedures

Coordinates activities of office staff within department including:

Daily ACH deposits

Posting daily and monthly factory statements/payments

Must be able to backup each position in the office and step in when needed

Extensive knowledge of TTL processes.

Overseeing of all Sales F&I and Aftermarket processes

Manage daily office production

Cross-Trains staff members consistently for proper back-up
