From physical landscapes to human migration and climate change you will be responsible for shaping how our students view their planet and their place within it.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Teach high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 with the potential for KS5 for the right candidate.

• Fieldwork Excellence: Organise and lead local and national fieldwork opportunities that bring the subject to life outside the classroom.

• Academic Success: Prepare students for GCSE examinations with a focus on data analysis case studies and geographical skills.

• Sustainability Advocacy: Play a key role in the schools environmental initiatives and green curriculum.

What You Bring to the Table

• QTS/QTLS Status: A recognized teaching qualification (applications from current PGCE students/2026 ECTs are highly encouraged).

• Subject Passion: A degree in Geography or a related field with a deep understanding of both physical and human geography.

• Communication Skills: The ability to simplify complex global issues and engage students of all abilities and backgrounds.
