About the Role
We are recruiting 2 valuesdriven Programme Managers to lead Phase 2 of the Pride in Place programme a 10 year communityled investment of up to 20 million designed to improve places opportunity and quality of life across St Anns East and Broxtowe/Cinderhill in Nottingham.
Working at the heart of local decisionmaking you will support the Phase 2 Pride in Place Board to develop and deliver a 10year vision and a 3year investment plan putting residents and communities firmly in the lead.
This is an impactful role offering the chance to make a real lasting difference to a Nottingham neighbourhood.
About You
As Pride in Place Programme Manager you will:
- Support the establishment and effective operation of the Phase 2 Pride in Place Board
- Drive the development of a communityled LongTerm Plan including extensive engagement with local residents and partners
- Manage the delivery of a funded Investment Plan ensuring projects are delivered on time on budget and with maximum benefit
- Develop and operate robust assurance monitoring and reporting frameworks
- Work closely with elected members senior officers government departments funders and local partners
- Champion Equality Diversity and Inclusion community empowerment and sustainable climateconscious ways of working
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience of programme and project management in a complex public commercial or partnership environment
- A strong track record of working with communities and partnerships to deliver longterm change
- Experience of managing public funding assurance frameworks and performance reporting
