The successful candidate will deliver engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 inspiring pupils to develop physical skills teamwork and confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
Teaching Physical Education across Key Stages 3 and 4
Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Promoting participation in sport and physical activity
Supporting extracurricular clubs teams and fixtures
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
Contributing to the development of the PE curriculum
Supporting school sports events and competitions
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Have strong subject knowledge in Physical Education
Be confident delivering a range of sports and activities
Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management
Be passionate about promoting health and fitness
Work effectively within a collaborative department
