Operations Manager (Logistics)
Location: Remote (Latin America) Preference for time zone alignment and cultural fit
Package: 1750 - 2400 U$D (depending on experience)
Hours of work:8AM - 4PM Mo-Fr ET

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our operational workflows within the logistics function. This role requires strong project management skills proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly learn logistics-specific software. While prior experience in logistics is advantageous it is not mandatory; a structured and analytical mindset is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance operational processes to ensure efficient transportation and warehousing services.
- Lead projects focused on process improvement problem-solving and operational efficiency.
- Utilize Excel and other data-driven tools for reporting tracking and analysis.
- Adapt to and master logistics-specific software (e.g. WMS TMS).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Maintain a structured detail-oriented approach to daily tasks.
Key Requirements:
- Based in Latin America ensuring cultural alignment and time zone compatibility.
- Bringing a strong work ethic and adaptability.
- Fluent in English with minimal accent; bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Project management experience with a structured and proactive approach.
- Strong Excel proficiency for operational tracking and reporting.
- Ability to learn and adapt to logistics-specific software (experience with WMS TMS a plus).
