About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Key Account Executive (Hunter) to lead the acquisition of strategic clients in the Spanish this role you will focus on identifying engaging and closing new key accounts building a strong pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities.

This position is ideal for a proactive salesperson who thrives on opening new doors managing complex sales cycles and winning high-value deals.

Youll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of big-sized clients across sectors such as vending laundromats EV charging gas stations and unattended retail.

What youll do

Sales & relationships

  • Identify prospect and acquire new strategic and enterprise-level accounts in Spain

  • Develop and execute targeted account acquisition strategies

  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities

  • Engage with senior decision-makers and multiple stakeholders within target accounts

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing

  • Conduct tailored presentations and product demonstrations for enterprise prospects

  • Collaborate with marketing product and customer success teams to support deal closing

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM

  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual new business targets

Market intelligence

  • Act as eyes on the market

  • Share insights with Product Marketing and Leadership

  • Spot trends new opportunities and gaps where we can improve

What were looking for

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales focused on new business acquisition

  • Proven track record of closing enterprise or strategic deals

  • Strong hunter mentality with experience opening new accounts

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals

  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to build relationships with C-level and senior executives

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product Ops and Tech

  • Languages: Spanish and English (mandatory) Italian or Portuguese is a strong plus

  • Availability to travel

Nice to have

  • Experience in payments fintech or unattended retail

  • Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot Salesforce or similar)

  • Background in fast-growing environments
