We are seeking a versatile Technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between high-level business logic and user-facing design. This role is for a builder who is equally comfortable architecting backend system integrations as they are refining front-end UI/UX. You will be responsible for ensuring our internal operations are automated and our external customer experience is seamless.
Tasks
- Internal Systems Architecture: Identify and eliminate manual data processes (e.g. spreadsheet-based workflows) by implementing robust integrations between CRM and E-commerce platforms.
- Front-End Product Ownership: Act as the final sign-off for all website UI/UX. You will define the page structure information architecture and user journeys to ensure a high-conversion professional aesthetic.
- Technical Roadmap Management: Translate complex business requirements into technical user stories for developers. You will manage the backlog and ensure that how we build things is as efficient as what we build.
- Backend & Performance Optimization: Oversee the health of the tech stack focusing on data integrity between systems site speed and the elimination of technical debt.
- Vendor & Engineering Liaison: Manage relationships with external agencies or internal dev teams ensuring all technical deliverables meet our quality and security standards.
Requirements
- Systems Integration Fluency: Proven experience connecting disparate platforms (Accounting Inventory E-commerce) via APIs or middleware.
- UI/UX Chops: A deep understanding of modern design principles. You should be able to critique wireframes and prototypes based on user psychology and technical feasibility.
- Operational Mindset: A track record of replacing manual hacks with scalable software solutions.
- Strategic Communication: The ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and business goals to engineers.
