Job Summary
Division: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)
Job Purpose
As a Solution Architect / Technical Lead you will join the Parties Squad within the COI Tribe and act as the design authority for Euroclears Parties Master Data Management (MDM) domain. You will be responsible for defining and governing endtoend solution architectures that ensure Parties data is centralized standardized secure and consistently integrated across Euroclear entities platforms and delivery streams. Working at the intersection of business and technology you will translate complex business needs into scalable resilient and costeffective architectures aligned with Enterprise Architecture and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
- Act as the design authority for applications and services within the Parties domain.
- Translate business requirements into robust scalable functional and technical architectures.
- Define and maintain target architectures integration patterns and data models aligned with Enterprise Architecture standards.
- Assess the feasibility of initiatives and contribute to cost effort and risk estimations.
Delivery & Technical Leadership
- Lead highlevel analysis and solution design for complex and critical initiatives.
- Guide development team by validating designs specifications and key technical decisions.
- Ensure architectural consistency across multiple delivery streams.
- Coach and mentor developers and engineers acting as a technical reference point.
- Contribute to development and deployment activities when required including direct code contribution to support complex or critical deliveries.
Governance Quality & Security
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture security and performance standards.
- Promote and standardize development best practices including code quality testing and documentation.
- Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture.
Operations & Support
- Support deployment operation and maintenance of the assets owned by the Parties squad.
- Contribute to production support activities including watch duty and hotline support (with occasional night or weekend shifts).
Required Profile
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in complex IT environments.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development with a strong background technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in enterprise integration and Master Data Management (MDM) is a strong asset.
- Solid experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Methodical rigorous and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills able to engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Teamoriented openminded and comfortable working in a multicultural internationalenvironment.
Fluent in English.

- Backend: .NET Core (6/8) C# Java (8) Spring Boot
- Frontend: Angular HTML CSS/SCSS
- Integration & Messaging: REST APIs microservices IBM MQ RabbitMQ (or equivalent)
- Azure: Azure Functions Logic Apps APIM AKS Azure SQL Entra ID
- DevOps & Tooling: CI/CD Entity Framework NuGet Webpack
- Nice to have: Kafka Azure Data Factory Splunk OAuth WCF
