Job Summary

Job Title: Sr/Lead Java Engineer

Location: Chicago IL ( 5 Days onsite)
Local or Nearby Candidates Required

Type: W2 Contract Position

Required skills & Experience:

Should be able to lead and drive the entire team end to end as well as mentor Jr developers
Primary skillset is Java/Spring/Microservices/API/Kafka AWS
Must be strong with APIs
Must have good end to end CICD skills
Must be good with Docker/Kubernetes Hands on experience with Jenkins is a plus
Must have good experience with containerized applications
Front end skills are a plus not a must have
Java modernization experience will be a big plus
Applications support all incoming payments - $6-8 trillion per day Payments app experience is a HUGE plus
Devops approach/experience is a big plus
Will be doing 60-70% development and 30% team activity
