Job Summary
Experience:
5 years in systems engineering infrastructure support or monitoring roles.
5 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers virtualized environments (VMware) and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Basic networking understanding (DNS TCP/IP load balancing).
Experience with scripting or automation tools like PowerShell or Bash (preferred).
Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring.
Experience with ITIL practices and regulated industries (e.g. healthcare financial services).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Under limited supervision coordinates designs implement and manage and maintain monitoring solutions for the organization including server and cloud services monitoring.
Onboard/configure all applications into the Dynatrace monitoring tool for use.
