Ten years of experience analyzing user requirements and designs along with testing implementing and performing
quality assurance of information systems utilizing Natural One ADABAS MVS/JCL COBOL/CICS VSAM files
Linux/zLinux Espsoft/SCL Informix and UNIX.
Three years of experience advising on system architecture and developing maintaining and updating documentation for procedures policies and processes.
Two years of knowledge and experience of SNAP TANF eligibility economic assistance and child welfare policiesand procedures and implementing state and federal mandates in Linux systems.
Experience with Jira and KACE ITSM systems
Experience with SCRUM/iteration methodologies
Experience modernizing legacy applications
