Job Summary

Job Title: SME/ Analyst with Agile/ Scrum Master

Location: Atlanta GA (2-3 days onsite)

Duration: Contract

Responsibilities:

Should have excellent understanding of SME/Analyst in conjunction with Agile Scrum (SAFe)

- Minimum Hands-on exp of 8 years managing projects

- Experience of managing projects in Financial Services Cap Markets is necessary

- Good communication skills

- Should have experience with PM/SM activities including but not limited to managing scope cost/budget schedule risks on project stakeholder management

- Should have Experience implementing SHIELD or similar systems. Understands surveillance and compliance.

- Experience with creating status and progress reports and metrics around schedule & effort variance defect management quality etc.

- Experience of performing Change Management & Control for Agile projects

- PMP or Prince2 certification is added advantage
