POSITION OVERVIEW This role sits within the Communications Media & Technology group focusing on the design and optimization of Icertis CLM solutions. The mission is to act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bridge the gap between legal requirements and technical execution for enterprise-level contracting processes.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design configure and customize Icertis CLM solutions for buy-side and sell-side contracting.
Develop custom extensions and rule logic using C#/.NET JavaScript and Icertis APIs.
Implement integrations between Icertis and enterprise systems like CRM ERP and Billing.
Configure contract workflows approval hierarchies clause libraries and metadata models.
Lead data migration activities from legacy systems into Icertis while ensuring data integrity.
Collaborate with Legal Sales Ops and IT to translate business needs into technical designs.
